You will need
- 3 fresh ripe peaches
- 4 tbsp boiled filtered water
To make
- Wash the peaches under cold running water. Peel, halve and stone them and roughly chop the flesh. Put the flesh into saucepan with the water. Bring to the boil, then cover, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the cooking liquid and purée to a smooth texture in a blender or food processor.
