Welcome to Fill n Squeeze, where all your baby's weaning and feeding advice, products and more can be found.

As a mother in business, I invented the pouch filling system as I couldn't find a suitable container to store homemade baby food and that could easily be heated up when out of the home. Not to mention how much space you would save in the freezer as well! As a food nutritionist I am passionate about giving your baby the best start in life with fresh homemade food, packed with vegetables and lots of other nutrients.

My girls are my pride and joy and over the years have given me ideas to  trial new recipe ideas and have given me the inspiration to fill their pouches with healthy smoothies or yoghurt for their school lunch boxes.

We are very conscious of our part to protect the environment and have ensured that the pouches are durable enough to be washed and reused over and over again. Our specially designed pouch brush can clean all the nooks and crannies of the pouch!
