You will need
- 250g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 ripe pears, peeled cored & chopped
- 2 peaches, peeled & chopped
- 4 tbsp greek yoghurt
To make
- Place the fruit in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Cool slightly then puree in a blender. Add yoghurt and mix together.
