Raspberry Fool

Easy peasy to make

You will need

  • 250g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 ripe pears, peeled cored & chopped
  • 2 peaches, peeled & chopped
  • 4 tbsp greek yoghurt

To make

Place the fruit in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Cool slightly then puree in a blender. Add yoghurt and mix together.
