You will need
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 100g frozen baby peas
- 125g frozen spinach, thawed (fresh can also be used)
- 250ml chicken stock
- 1kg apples, peeled, cored and cooked
- 4 ripe pears, peeled cored & chopped
- 2 peaches, peeled & chopped
- 4 tbsp greek yoghurt
Place chicken stock in saucepan with broccoli, peas and spinach. Simmer until broccoli is soft. Allow to cool then place in a blender with the apples.
Use some apple juice or stock as required to help blend to a smooth puree.
