Apple yoghurt

Super easy!

You will need

• 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced thinly

• 120 ml water

• 245g full fat yoghurt

To make

1. In a small saucepan, bring the apples and water to the boil and leave to simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes until the apple is very soft

2. Puree the apple and juices using the masher or a handblender and leave to cool

3. Combine the stewed apples with the yoghurt

4. Fill your pouch!
